Multipacks
Ozpack are specialists in multi and variety packs. We can pack numerous small bags into lager bags or cartons and also pack variety packs into numerous packing formats.
Tubs & Bowls
Ozpack can pack numerous types of products from cereals, confectionery to pasta and sauce products into single serve tubs or bowls. The line can accommodate a wide range of shapes and sizes. We are able to add multiple components to the bowl such as sachets, spoons and promotional items. In addition the line can add both powder and particulates from auger feed and weigh head.
Food Service Pails
Ozpack can pack into multi-use food service bucket pails from round to square formats in weights up to 10kg.
Pillow & Block Bottom
Ozpack is able to pack into pillow pack, block bottom and Quad-seal bags from rolls of plain or printed film in a wide range of sizes. We have a number of state of the art bag makers from well known machine suppliers such as TNA, Bosch and Propac. All our bags makers are fitted with weigh heads for optimum weight control and can handle powders, particulates and bag-in-bag production
Doy Bags
Our rotary machine is able to fill and seal various shapes and types of
pre-made bags from quad seal to DOY. The machine can accommodate the
popular resealable and zip-lock formats. The line is versatile and fitted with an
Ishida weigh head; we can run anything from cereals to wrapped lollies and
then pack the Doy bags into the shipper of your choice.
